Claire's

This is a great app for browsing Claire’s products but something that would make this app 5 stars is if you had a feature where you can save the items that you like to a section. Like a wishlist. Kind of like Pinterest then I could easily see what I like and what I want. I would always use this app if it had that feature. Edit: ok I just found a wishlist feature but it doesn’t work it keeps saying unable to update wishlist

I couldn’t find any place to write in to customer service on the app or website so this is the only way to reach out to you. My niece loves Halloween and I tried, unsuccessfully, to buy some jewelry for her on your website and no matter how many times I hit “place order” the screen didn’t budge or show an error message. It just sat there. After several attempts I gave up. Due to the poor quality of your website I’ve successfully purchased somewhere else. I work in financial tech, my advice to you is hire a marketing and development team who knows how to properly make a website. Also respond to your reviews, it makes a difference. It’s extremely frustrating that there’s no notification of why I can’t place an order. It appears I checked all the boxes but if there’s something I missed, your system needs to notify its customers. I just sat there playing a guessing game until I got annoyed enough to give up. If your features are restricting me from buying from you guys, I wonder how many other people gave up on it today. I was happy to see an app because I erroneously presumed I would be able to quickly make a purchase. The app was easy to navigate but the products lacked adequate descriptions and multiple ways the product could be used. There was only one picture and a short blurb about the item. There were no reviews from past customers about the items. The app also lacked a lot of the inventory usually found in Claire’s. The “You might want to consider this” section was mostly unrelated to the item of interest. Instead of skin adhesive or makeup primer being recommended to go with Unicorn Dust, a hair scrunchy, coin purse and other non related were listed. In fact, there was no skin adhesive or primer available that wasn’t a part of a separate makeup kit. It makes no sense to sell the glitter and mermaid scales and not offer something to adhere it to the body. Perhaps that’s why they had to pair slippers and coin purses with Unicorn Dust.

This app is overall amazing, but u may know that the shopping feature isn’t good by all the reviews. I don’t really online shop, but my only problem is the lag issue. Every time I enter the app I press shop now Bc I didn’t sign up yet. I have to press it about 8 times until it opens. I scroll down and it gets me back to the page on the top screen. I try and try but it doesn’t work when i scroll down. I try to press shop now on the home menu. Yes, it does bring me to the screen but then it immediately gets back to the home page. It takes me about 15 minutes for everything to start working correctly. The app is still super good. I always loved shopping at Claire’s. But this is just a heads up. 👌

I’m a unicorn-loving girl and it’s totally five stars. So many choices! But one teeny tiny thing that is a mistake is: When I signed up, I keep having to do it every time and I tapped “Remember Me”. But I don’t really care. And- I’m going to get my ears pierced here! Haters, just do something about it! Seriously? I love shopping at Claire’s and looking on the app. I’m never allowed to place orders (because I don’t have any money). But overall, I like this.
