Very great concept that gives u the convenience of avoiding long cues at the petrol stations. It needs very solid customer service as there are many different issues that come up and need very professional reaction. I find Mahmoud from their team to be exceptional and always goes above and beyond to make sure the issues are resolved.

Great innovation, app and service. It's more than awesome to fill fuel in my car at home or at work or anywhere. No more wasting precious weekends to go to petrol stations to fill my car fuel tank. Simply amazing !!!!

Like most apps here in Dubai, it’s doesn’t always work. I’ve downloaded the app three times over the last 3 months. Each time, there seems to be something wrong with the app and different things each time. This last time, when you try to setup the account in the beginning, it asks you for a phone number. After entering the number, I get an alert “Something went wrong, please try again later”. Later, it still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time with frustrations.

Very disappointed with the latest versions. When having a subscription, the functionality to Pause a subscription has been removed. When having to travel out of the country the pause function is a necessity. Someone should not have to cancel their subscription to delay fueling. Please add this function back into the program.

I just downloaded the app and put my first order .. Within 5 minutes they were at my door! Great service.
