Works ok when it decides it wants to. Doesn’t like multiple Bluetooth devices connected either so you have to ‘forget device’ regularly if you have another device, iPad, phone etc... Even when your mobile device says ‘connected’ you have to start over sometimes as the terminal doesn’t want to work. You also have to type in your business name (or item description depending on your preference) on EVERY transaction before checkout, nightmare. No inventory either. For an extra 1% or so I would opt for the Square app without question which has this function along with the ability to add stock photos and all sorts. Barclays - I want my £30 back and a much lower percentage charge for a pathetic excuse for a business Bluetooth device.

Lots of people seem to dislike this app, I love it, the old app kept adding vat but I’m not vat registered and the old reader was horrible... new reader is brilliant and the app is simple to use, key in the amount and a description and the reader and customer do the rest! You don’t have to hold the reader at all as it’s Bluetooth and I feel the customers trust it more as they have control over their card and the reader at all times and it’s not wired to a telephone. All in all, for me a massive improvement over the old app and reader! 5*

The old app was better in app facilities but the card reader was poor quality and kept not working. The new reader can now do contactless and looks better. But the app is very poor. The old app had a product list, tallied up items like a real till and provided basic, but good, analytics. New app has no product list or tally up feature and asks for a description for each sale?? If they just added the new card reader to the old app it would have been fab. Will be changing provider.

Keeps logging me out so customers have to wait for me to log back in again. Doesn’t do a subtotal of the days takings. The handheld device is slow to pick up the Bluetooth. There is no icon on the unit to show where to tap the card, so customers slide it all over the phone and can’t see the 4 lights. No audible beep to indicate a transaction has gone through. All in all, a very poor show with lots of improvements needed.

The old version had a product/till function, this is just rubbish, basic and seems to be saying to all the small businesses that use it that Barclays are not interested in their business. Needs major work to be even vaguely useful.
