ARCOS updates the system frequently and using an older version may cause the app to log you out. For best results, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device. “Keep Me Logged In” is another useful tip. If it isn’t activated on the homepage, a session will expire after 15-30 minutes. By activating this function, a user can configure how long they want their session to last including forever.
