Hi I enjoy waiting to see what is arriving in store as I suffer with breathing problems and my legs so, can’t always get to the store. I do a lot of craft work and love seeing what fabric is coming in next. Imagine my dissatisfaction again when the fabric showed up on the ALDI app only to state underneath it is SOLD OUT!! I check every day for items coming in and have not seen any of your new DISNEY fabric advertised that is available. It is so disheartening as I can not always get to the store. So who is buying the fabric if it’s sold out! Before it’s even advertised. Disappointed customer.

This has to be one of the most frustrating online purchases I have made. Each time I tried to order I would get to check out and get a notice saying there is a problem contact customer service, this I did numerous times by phone and email. On the last call with customer service they said it was because I was using an apple device to place the order. So tried placing the order on two different Microsoft computers and experienced the same problem. After contacting customer services again I discovered the problem was because the delivery address was on the Isle of Wight. This can occasionally cause problems with some companies but it is always highlighted when you enter the delivery address that they only deliver to UK mainland address. Three days it has taken me to get to the bottom of this problem !

I placed an order, authorisation given in the form of passcode from credit card company, transaction was authorised, Aldi on screen message then said to phone them because of a problem with the credit card details being entered too many times! I phoned the number on the screen, after a long wait the chap said he didn’t know why the onscreen message had said to phone them as there was nothing he could do about it. He suggested that I use the app rather than the web page, another message said “something has gone wrong” and said to phone the same number. I then used a different card which required no authorisation and the transaction went through. Clearly something wrong with the Aldi site but all I got was basic apathy.....

I love Aldi‘s products however I find the website difficult to negotiate because of the words one has to use to find stuff on the search engine and it seems that I have to go through about 200 products to find what I actually wantThe filtering system does not break down such stuff as beauty products into skincare make up et cetera and if you’re looking for something on the special buys bit it doesn’t necessarily tell you that it’s actually in the every day collection

I spent a lot of time trying to order this, but it kept blipping up with a message to contact customer services, with no explanation why. When i called, i EVENTUALLY got through, and it was suggested for me to log off and try again! It did NOT work!! Grrr! This morning, i called again and spoke to another, customer service agent (female), who previously had several of these queries. She sensibly investigated, and found out that the courier does not deliver to my postcode! Oh gosh, would it not be sensible to have a link to the Aldi website to advise the customer this.
