This app doesn’t work. Trying to register it’s not accepting new password. This sort of thing should have been tested fully before launching app. ADDC is a big company, it’s inexcusable for the app to not work like this. You guys need a QA to create test cases and make sure this is done for all major phones and tablets. You need to hold yourself to higher standards than this.

This is a really weak and unreliable app. It hardly works, in spite of having the current version. It keeps giving a failure message while trying to make a payment with a saved card. Disappointed.

التطبيق لا يعمل منذ فتره طويلة ولا استطيع الدخول فيه من خلال تسجيل الدخول و عند محاولتي عدة مرات يقول يوجد خلل فني يرجى المحاولة لاحقا فقمت بالاتصال بخدمة العملاء وإبلاغهم عن المشكلة في الطبيق فأفادوني انه سوف يتم إصلاح الخلل في اقرب وقت ممكن ومن تلك المكالمة إلى الان 4 شهور ولم يتم إصلاح المشكلة حيث لا يوجد اهتمام تقني بالخدمات الإلكترونية لمعالجتها بالسرعة المطلوبة لتسهيل الإجراءات على المتعلمين .
