ABDi GateAccess

Love the ease of the app. I would like to turn off the “ding” on my phone when someone on my list enters the property. I have text and email notifications on my phone on silent, however this comes through loud & clear! I can’t see how to manage it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Many neighbors, and I, have attempted for over 2 weeks to get guests entered(on the ABDI phone app) to sync with the guest list that the guard gate ABDI server. Guest names entered (whether days, or hours, in advance) on a cell phone don’t sync with the ABDI server, at our guard gate. The gate guards have no ability to reboot/sync/contact ABDI support regarding the issue. The HOA manager has tried to contact ABDI regarding this issue, but nothing has been fixed.

So far since I have been using the app it has worked very well. Would like to see a feature added where you get automatic notification when a visitor checks in at the gate.

Would also like to see a notification when someone checks in the gate. Any plans of this happening???? If so then it would be a 5 star.

Very handy! 1) Please enlarge the “Add Guest” button for easier selection 2) please default “START DATE” and “END DATE” to today so no selection necessary unless a future date
