How should I describe this app it’s unnecessarily big and full of functionality you’ll never use and advertisement which may seem beneficial to you but you get very little from. it drives me mad every time I open it cause it takes so long and all I want to do is just check how much money I have left

Can I give it a zero star? This is a poor designed APP! Just don’t know why they are so intentionally get its customers trapped and frustrated. It never easy to find the customer’s info: such as how much money left to pay the fee? How much you should pay? Too much promotion that is endless traps! Nothing is true, especially to the old loyal customer, because they never give real bonus or benefits to its long-term contracted customers!

So fussy. I just want a app that tells me how much mobile data I streamed. But this app “kindly” provides plenty of frustrating, annoying little functions which are useless. And what worse is it always acts up. Hope this one star will make the developers realize how bad their production is.

The app is easy to use and has a user friendly interface.

The dirty app furtively plays silent media file for keeping it running actively in background. You can try play some movies or sound tracks, then open the stupid Unicom app, you will find all background playing sounds are muted. It is very disgusting.
