ZEPETO：人偶、聊天、直播

The chat function in the app is not working and every time when I open the chat, the page is blank. This situation has already continued for a few months. When someone sent me a message, I could see it in my notifications, but when I open the app I couldn’t read the messages in the chat. Can you please fix this? I find it really inconvenient!

The Crew chatrooms were working fine for the past week until 2 days ago. Only Crews that I joined prior to the bug remain visible. I can still join new Crews but they never appear on “My Crews” so I can’t find them and chat anymore (unless I scroll all the way down the new list of Crews being created until I find the one I joined hours/days ago). Please fix this ASAP.

I actually love this game but the only thing that annoys me is that it always kick me out of the game. Whenever i try to enter a world or try to take pictures it will bring be back to my homescreen and i need to reload the game all over again. Please help me fix this! Thank you.

I really like this app and it’s really fun,but when I tried playing one of the games,it would always have a lot of lag and it would always kick me out of the app for no reason. I really hope this would get fixed since I can’t do much stuff anymore

I dowloaded this and made my avatar by last year’s December and after few months later when I open the app again my avatar is vanished which the app ask me to make a new one lol. And after a long period of time I just download this back and I am stuck in the process of “initialise banners” can’t even start making an avatar. What is going on please fix the bug.
