Zazn Meditation

I have a hard time concentrating one thought from The next and this app has really gotten me center and focus on the now. I focused on what was said and heard and can absolutely utilize this no matter where I am at any time!

I suffer from a number of spinal injuries, it is a constant mental battle between me and my pain. My level of pain, at times, gets to the point where it cause panic attacks, even while on pain medication. For me the guided meditations, in particular the breathing sets, are incredibly helpful in taking my mind off of my pain and helping me relax. There are a number of things this app does very well. It is easy to use, I have found all of the voices and sounds to be pleasant, and it has one feature which I really like which gives you the ability to set a preparation timer before your meditation session starts. Being disabled this is important to me because I don't move quickly and it takes me a moment to settle. I give 4.5 stars because of two minor things. 1 Make the slide bar visible so when you open the app you know there are options blow. When I first downloaded the app and opened it, it took me a moment before I realized here were option to pick from for custom meditation. 2 and this is a little nit picky, I would like the some of the background sounds to have slightly longer loops so you don't notice the repetition. Other than that this app is really well put together. I'd recommend it, definitely worth checking it out.

This is a very simple but well done mediation app. It give you over a dozen meditations (recordings) to choose from in few different categories (breathing, mindfulness, etc) with various lengths from 3 minutes to over 30min. They are good recordings. Small error for the devs to hopefully fix: when I launch the app, it has some error for about 5 seconds or so - the circle control/timer overlaps with the image tiles and I can’t do anything but wait for it to fix itself. Slightly annoying. But overall I recommend this app.

This app is great! I love how easy it is to use and that there is such a variety in the guided meditations. It’s very beginner friendly but also has the solo options for those who don’t need the guidance. Very well done!

I've always been sheepish about joining in meditation but this takes out all the stigma of feeling out of the loop. This app is a wonderful guide to rediscovering my personal serenity and doesn't come off as pushy or judgmental. Love it!
