The app is efficient and very useful. It makes settling bills much easier and allows me to review my data usage as well as that it shows available products and add on services. It saves the hustle of driving to the zain store and is easy to use. The app overall is fantastic and I recommend this app to every zain customer.

I was about to subscribe as usual with Batelco for the international roaming service during my business travel in Tunisia for a week or so. However, I was alerted that Zain have introduced the same service and wanted to give you the benefits because Zain is my preferred telco provider. I dealt the number, chosen the options and waited consciously to receive the confirming message. Once I received the confirming message, I enabled the roaming service on my mobile. However, I received a call saying that I have used roaming and the bill approached to a high level that I would need to worry! Here, I went mad because I have gone through your process diligently. Their reasoning was worse than expected. The gentleman said that the system didn’t trigger the service and I used the roaming before its being started. Which is an appalling excuse. I then checked the mobile app and was astonished to see the bill is more than BD. 200. This’s not professional and eradicate our trust in Zain and its systems.

This app sums up all my needs from the company I can check my usage, bills and it’s details and I can no longer wait in line to pay my bills

Your app payment steps are very easy to follow. I am able to finish my transaction very quickly. Thanks for a great service.

Did not give full details about the accounts if you have packages, it show only one account not all
