ZAFUL - My Fashion Story

Been on here for a while now buying selling. Always good deals and all the ones you need and want. Selling is as easy as picking up the phone never a hassle. Most definitely say buy from ZAFUL. ZAFUL has giving me so many options in clothing they always shave sales and it’s affordable. With ZAFUL as an app it makes me save so much money and there is a cluster of options that can be taken into consideration. Looks true to the picture! Absolutely gorgeous! Worth every penny! I've bought so many products off them and never had any problems. Yes they do take some time but if you're ok with that then it's a wonderful place for those who have little time to go out for shopping. I do suggest everybody to pick the expediting ordering, then it will be there within a week! It's a wonderful place for those who have little time to go out for shopping. I brought many clothes from this app. Looks exactly true to picture and good quality. Fits perfect also. This bathing suit fits perfectly and is stunning! I am a size 10 34C bust so find it hard to get top and bottoms to match but this is perfect - ordered size medium! The dress is perfect. Worn with a blazer , it is very classy but will also for every day life. The fabric is quite heavy, which is amazing , and the shape of the gorgeous dress size a unique way. The tissue is very transparent , simply put black underwear that she seems opaque.

Great app didn’t take to long for my make up brushes and jumpsuit style thing to arrive fits so well and everything was undamaged and the brushes are lovely and soft and I’m loving having good brushes for my make up I never had decent brushes and I only had make up from my Mum because she had heaps she didn’t use anymore and gave it to me most of the brushes though were old and yuck so I’m super happy with these brushes anyways I got a 25 piece set and it was only like $13 and the lowest with around 4-5 pieces was around $3-$5 super happy and I’ll continue to use this as I’m super happy with the quality of the products and the fit of my clothing

I ordered off of Zaful not too long ago (online). I ordered two bathing suits, one top as well as a cute set (and little nick nacks). Despite the horrid shipping time and being told by customer service that it was shipped out to me already; yet when I contacted AusPost they told me it hadn't even left Chinese soil lol, the products came in tact and honestly not in bad condition at all... in fact I was genuinely surprised with the quality and sizing. In regards to time I really didn't expect the shipping I did consider it would take quite a long time - whether that be because of demand or manufacturing time IDK - but not as long as it did take which was well over a month hah, so I would, if you have something on, pre book well in advance or get a back up!! They did lie to me tho saying it had left when It didn't which was really frustrating and all they could say was not to worry it was coming and if it hadn't arrived by x amount of time I could get a refund. Hope this helps with your decision.. either way I'm gonna give them another chance and give this app a go. One thing is shipping time, PLEASE try and improve shipping time argh

I have been waiting for my order for so long and still have not received it even though they told me I would have it would be delivered in 5-10 business days. It has been well past that time. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, they have been of no help to me, first it took them a couple of weeks to even supply any sort of tracking and then suddenly they told me it had been delivered (I had to ask them about it though). The shipping number they supplied to me, saying that I could use Australia post to track my order, was declined by Australia post, it said it was an invalid number. So I can’t even track it, and I’ve tried speaking to zaful for the third time and they then supply me with this really dodgy website which is all in Japanese or something so I can’t actually read it. Then it says that it has been delivered and they’ve obtained a signature. This was definitely not the case. I’ve seen this same thing has happened to other app users. Most appalling customer service, would not recommend AT ALL.

My bikini's arrived within 3 weeks as I live in Australia, it was a little bit annoying to wait... However it was definitely worth it because the togs were amazing. They fit perfectly and were just the right size for me (small). Overall I was very satisfied with my order on Zaful and will definitely continue browsing and buying. I would recommend this to any bikini lovers :))
