I never expected much from this app considering the camera I bought wasn't high end. I've had both for over a year now. In the beginning it was very hard to set up, but it process has improved (I've had to reset my camera numerous times, which I'll get to). Once I got it working and finally learned how to use it (after scrounging the web for tutorials), I was actually quite impressed with how user friendly the app was and how good the picture quality is. However, within the last couple months, things have seriously gone downhill. I constantly get network error messages, and I've had my internet provider techs come it and confirm my internet is working just fine - which I believe because I don't have issues with any other devices in my home. I have reset the camera and reset all of my settings, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and I've even used it on different devices. For a while I was only having problems on my iPad, but now the app on my iPhone is giving me problems. Considering I use this as a baby monitor, I hope you understand my frustration! It continues to get worse, and I have reached out to the developers numerous times, only to receive the response "We'll fix it in our next update." Multiple updates later and I have more problems than before.... In a nutshell, I used to be impressed. Now I know why good quality, reliable cameras/monitors are much more expensive, which I will be investing in.
