4.0YoFit is a free application dedicated to sports training at home using video supports disclosing aerobic exercises. The supports are created under the High-intensity interval training (HIIT) method in order to alternate exercise and recovery. The training will be a working out exercised only with the body and muscles but without any machine, apparatus or weights, alternating cardio training and muscle building exercises. Each session includes a set of iterated exercises.
