Xtrade - Online Trading

Great app if you understand what your doing. They have helpful information and videos on the Xtrade Academy. People give this company a rough time on withdrawing your funds but if you have complied with all of the asic regulations and uploaded all documents the money is processed within 48hours. I bank with commonwealth and have never had a problem when I withdraw. Have been using xtrade on and off for the last 3 years and my account manger has called me before to tell me of opportunities that are coming up. I’ve been trading for 10+ years as a hobby and I still work but it’s nice to know that if I make trades I can set take profits and stop loss markers so I’m in control. People say they have lost thousands and blame the company but you have 100% control over what your trades and money is used on and when to exit a bad trade. If you don’t know what your doing probably best to learn or not trade at all. In summary I haven’t found a fault in the company or the platform I wish they offered MetaTrader 4/5.

I suggest you do not get into this activity or at least not with this company as they have a horrible service. Their account managers know nothing about the market , they give u suggestions to trap you and block you in huge losses. Eventually encourage you to keep on pumping in money to save the losses that they trapped you in. I know no of cases who are clients with this company who have incurred huge losses with no support from the account manager- they tend to disappear at at critical times where u need their so called expert advice the most. If you love your hard earned money ... I suggest you stay away from this game or at least from this company.

Their customer service is useless and turn every answer to your questions into a pitch to give them more money. They basically use the customer service team as telemarketers. They have no direct numbers for you to reach them, so if you want to talk to a representative, you better be ready to answer when they call. To top it all of, one of them lied to me yesterday implying I didn’t need training to start trading and to just go for it, and mocking me when I said I want first to get informed. Finally, when I asked about online resources to learn more about trading, the representative said they had no collateral and the only thing I could do was to upgrade my account to get a Senior Account Manager to teach me. Upon further research, I found out Xtrade has a whole training centre. This was very creepy from them. I am finishing the few dollars I invested into trying this platform, and then I’ll delete the app. For what concerns me, this company is a legalized scam.

Dont use this its purely a scam. I deposited money being promised 20 percent bonus, received it on first deposit but they didnt apply it on any deposit after that even though they even text me if i deposited I would get it. Contacted them several times about not honouring deposit asked for a reply in writing several times, they call you and wont reply in writing obviously for legal reasons cause they know they are scamming people and even though there is money in the account the withdrawal is always greyed out they never let you withdraw. Have reported to bank as a scam and will be reporting to financial authorities

Withdraw takes forever, they just want you keep trading and keep losing money. Customer service slow and not helpful, i loss over 3000usd while I waiting for they answer my question and call back. And it’s just a very simple question as the price was doesn’t right as normal in the app. So I don’t know should I close the position or not. And they just hold me online and I can’t leave the chatting page. After their reply, my money was gone! Use easy market please, no more xtrade
