Love the new lay out though one problem when u try n follow n a superstar it’s really hard to try n press the star once it takes ages the get the like to light up its really frustrating . Love all the developmental shows I know big change is coming but please keep developmental on the network regardless of new tv deals I don’t want to cancel my subscription!!!!! Plus we need superstars n main event regularly . I miss my midcarders or get them on the developmental shows spread the live wwe

How can I put this simply? The new “updated” WWE Network is absolutely horrendous! I mostly use the Network on my PS4 and on the old version, not once did I get problems! When watching old school videos, I could skip forward and backwards with absolute ease! Now when I try to skip forward and back, it either buffers like crazy or it’ll just give me an error! Those in charge plz bring back the old version! I’m sorry but this new version is absolute crap! I even tried on my laptop and it’s even worse! You can’t even click on anything! Horrible horrible update! Your WWE SHOP doesn’t work correctly on mobile, their is no “back” button to skip back to the previous page! I have to load up the entire WWE shop to choose something else. I absolutely hate this update. I can no longer enjoy my viewing of the wwe network like I did before this update. I’m absolutely disappointed. I want the old version back immediately. I don’t want no changes, give me back my old version plz! Thank you.

I am a long term WWE dan, I’ve had the WWE network since day one but this update has just alienated me. There is no watch list, epic fail. Not all my programmes continue from where I left watching and most annoying is there is now a bar across the bottom of the screen on my device and this also appears when I link my device to my TV. I now can’t watch the WWE network on my tv it does not fill the tv screen, appears as a small box and there is a bar across the bottom of the screen. I have reported this over a week ago with no reply to either twitter or network issues. Cancelling my subscription. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS. As an aside, from the update I was hoping for download to device like sky and Netflix, maybe asking too much but this update has made things worse and not improved my experience at all. A fan since 1991, a sad day. But I am only one customer and my voice probably does not matter

I absolutely HATE the new layout, sorry WWE! More clicks to get to the content I want isn't an improvement. I preferred the old layout massively and it seems there is no way to continue using the app with the old layout. The ONE feature I wanted - to add multiple shows (e.g. Raw, Smackdown, PPVs) to a playlist and have them automatically play the next one Chronologically still isn't added - this would be a HUGE quality of life change, I can't be the only one watching everything back from the start and thinking there has to be a better way to juggle Raw, SD, Nitro, Thunder and two different categories of PPV (WWE / WCW) without exiting the category and going into another, having to scroll past episodes I haven't seen yet, sometimes with spoilers like an image of someone holding a championship belt, to get to the episode I actually want to watch - IF I can even remember which one I watched last... :-)

Since WWE Network was “refreshed” it has become very flawed. The main problem being you can no longer keep check of which shows you have watched. There used to be a red line under the shows you have watched so you could easily keep track. I have given up watching all but PPVs and NXT as I can’t keep track. Another recent problem is 2 different sound tracks play at the same time quite often. I will hear the results of a match at the same time it has just started as well as hearing the commentary from the start of the match. I have experienced these issues on PS4, roku, smart tv, firestick as well as iOS. If these issues aren’t fixed I will be just sticking to AEW for my wrestling fix.
