Love the service. I like that there is no minimum orders I only wish they would lower their delivery fees but it’s not as expensive as others too! Definitely recommend it to anyone

I ordered from them about 2 weeks ago, keeping in mind, that it's not my first time purchasing food from this delivery service. However, I noticed that their so called "fast delivery service" is horribly slow. My food came cold, my order was missing, and it was spilled on. Instead of the delivery man admitting to what happened he made it seem that nothing happened until I confronted him about it. I eventually called Wssl and informed them about what happened. It took them two weeks to refund me my order after calling a billion times to complain about their horrible customer service. I'm only giving them two stars instead of one because they apologized and refunded me my money. They should have done more maybe given me a gift card or something.

1- they take to long to accept your order for the lack of drivers 2- they can be late, once I didnt even get my order and they charged it. Which I can see it is possible happening . But when you call them they give excuses stupid ones, last order The driver got into an accident and he is late and 1 km away they told me when I called he is close to you, if you may go get it ! Why I am paying you extra for the delivery!!

I have been using this app every day for the last month and I never faced a problem with it

First of all this app spams you with advertisements in the notification area daily, which is against citcs laws in Saudi Arabia Secondly this app has very bad drivers , no training at all to drivers you have to order verbally and discard anything that you did in the app , you have to give a location to the driver , you have to talk to the restaurant and do the ordering from A to Z. My personal experience, its not worth the hassle.
