Worker assist

This application is handy at times but it also could do with a lot of improvement. The " message your claims officer " maximum characters needs to be increased there's just not enough characters to write a decent msg. The time delay with reimbursements could be improved by making it live. Also this application needs a version compatible with iPads as you can only download the iPhone version which Doesn't send you notifications without actually going into the app. Overall it needs work though don't expect much with government related software.

The Ap is a great idea and it has everything you need but it freezes, jumps all over the place, won’t submit your receipts etc etc. Trying to put my tax file number in took me 16 attempts before it finally accepted it. I tried logging out, shutting the Ap, turning the phone off completely to reset it, trying again after 30 minutes etc etc. Extremely frustrating!! The idea of it is great, it would be brilliant if it was fixed.

Absolutely great app to use. Plus the staff are great specially my case manager who I think went above & beyond what she needed to do at the start when I was badly hurt. Only ever been on work over twice once b4 smart phones were out for a broken arm n then 14yrs later a MVA & yeah this app has made everything so much easier then faxing or emailing things.

Haven’t had any issues with the app. Has been a great help over the last few months. Haven’t had a single issue. It’s basically all I use for my workcover claim. Only suggestion would be to update the UI for iPhone X display. Otherwise great app!
