Wisr – smarter money habits

It’s definitely handy, i have had it awhile now, my take on it is, i get quick responses from support for any concerns i have, and they deal with it asap, which is good, it does what it says, i use the booster a lot too, depending on what i can afford, which is a handy option, it is definitely helping me out a lot, i am grateful for it and to it’s writer for coming up with such a handy app, i would recommend it to others, but i would also recommend others not hesitate contacting support about any concerns that arise so they can help you out asap, apart from that, it’s a good app, all the best to those who use it! You’ll find it pretty handy in paying down your finances.

My partner and I both downloaded this app as we have a loan we are desperate to pay off but can’t afford any extra repayments with our current financial situation. Wisr is such a great way for us to add as much as we can by rounding up our expenses that we do daily like groceries, petrol, bills etc... using our everyday expenses to pay off our loan has helped significantly we’ve been using the app for about two months now and have already paid off $100. Would recommend to anyone who uses their bank card on a daily basis with debt to use this app!

I downloaded the app after looking at all the reviews and was initially excited to pay my credit card debt via this method. The set up appeared rather easy but when it came to adding my bank accounts it was one issue after another, I have 3 different savings accounts (with the 4 major banks) yet none of them worked, errors kept appearing each time and the bank account detail would not save so I could not progress. I reached out for support and was asked to send screenshots (which I sent many) no response made, no phone support offered, 2 days now and haven’t got anywhere with this. Deleted app and will NOT be returning, 2 days of frustration is not worth it. Customer service is everything in this business and you fail hands down👎🏼👎🏼

Downloaded app, tried to connect my accounts with NAB. First error: unable to get yodlee provider list. Unable to use the search function to find a provider. Got into the NAB section as it was near the top of the list and didn’t require a text search to find. On the next page it says connect your spending accounts, enter your internet banking details. But the screen remains blank. There’s nowhere to even input the details. Then the page times out for some reason and a message saying: Hmm it looks like we’re having issues with your account for some reason. Did you close an account at NAB internet? If not, make sure you connected the correct site or come back later and try again. No thanks. App deleted. I’ll be using the RAIZ app instead.

UPDATE - the app is working a lot better now. There’s still a few features that could be improved but overall I’m getting my debt paid down a lot quicker than before this app and it’s great to be able to set and forget. I’ve had a lot of trouble with my account. First issue is there are too many log in steps. You need a Touch ID, then need to enter phone number, THEN A PIN! Pretty convoluted. Second issue is that the first debt account that I entered didn’t work at all. After several emails back and forward with the support team I ended up changing to my other credit card account. I was told this should then work. Of course it didn’t. The support team had to manually make the payment because the auto payment failed. Third issue is that I’m in the same boat again this month. Auto payment failed and now I’m back on the merry-go-round with the support team to get the payment made manually. The app is an excellent idea but unfortunately there’s too many bugs with it.
