Hi, The below steps should allow you to access the app without any further issues related to the integration discussed in your original comment. Method 1: 1. Create a new account in MI LOGIN Citizen, even if they already had one. 2. Delete the current version of WIC Connect Mobile App that they have on their phone, and re-download the app so that they have the most updated version. 3. Log in to the new version of WIC Connect Mobile App using the new account information they created for MI LOGIN Citizen. Hi, We are merging our WIC Connect system with the State of Michigan’s MI LOGIN, so clients have had to create new MI LOGIN accounts to access the mobile app. The below steps should allow you to access the app without any further issues. Method 1: 1. Create a new account in MI LOGIN Citizen, even if they already had one. 2. Delete the current version of WIC Connect Mobile App that they have on their phone, and re-download the app so that they have the most updated version. 3. Log in to the new version of WIC Connect Mobile App using the new account information they created for MI LOGIN Citizen.
