White Noise Sleep Aid

Maybe once a week I’ll open the app before bed and it’ll start playing background audio. Sounds like audio from an ad, I think. I paid for this app to eliminate ads, so this is somewhat annoying. Hard closing it and re-opening fixes the issue, I’ve never had it trigger twice in a row. Aside from that, it does what it says on the tin with very little fuss. You want noise - this app has it. Update: The devs have resolved the issue. They are obviously still actively supporting the software and looking to give their customers the best product they can. Good devs, good app. Review bumped to 5 stars.

At first I wasn’t sure if this was helping me sleep through the night longer without waking so much. I now know that the Pink Noise has helped me sleep better without a doubt now. Amazing how this works! Only four stars because we need the option to let it run longer than 8 hrs so we can set it BEFORE we go to sleep, due to not knowing how long it may take to fall asleep. When it shuts off, it wakes me. Put an option to run continuously.

This app is great- easy to use, sleep timer, volume control, and lots of options (white, pink, violet, etc... brown noise is my favorite to help my baby sleep). I sent in a complaint and the developers responded immediately and fixed it. It’s great as the free version, but after getting annoyed by ads I thought it was worth it to pay the99 cents to make it ad-free.

I am using the paid version with all sounds unlocked. You can play multiple sounds at once but it's not possible to visually tell which are on so you can stop them. Also I was listening to a rain sound with noise cancelling headphones on. The rain was quiet so I had the volume up a bit. After a while the rain stopped and it started playing white noise at the high volume. About gave me a heart attack. If you just want the free version for white noise it's fine. The paid version is poorly designed. Save your money.

This is a great app and I use it for my newborn to help her (and ultimately us) sleep. However, I've been surprised a couple times when turning it on to have an ad come up with sound... let's just say it startled my newborn awake. I still use it though I have to turn the volume off until everything is clear. But it would be better if the ads didn't have sounds.
