Wheresit will guide you to your destination using only the built-in GPS and supplied compass, no internet required. Select a destination from the free included databse of over 2.5 million landmarks in the US or enter you own destination. Wheresit will monitor the distance and direction to the destination and display it on a rotating compass. You can also filter to show only certain types of destinations and view them on a map display. Wheresit is a fun application with many uses: • Use the internal database to find tourist attractions, historical places, geographic features, and other locations. • Mark locations of things you want to find or find again and navigate to them; favorite fishing spots, a campsite in the woods, buried treasure, or your car at the mall. • Enter the coordinates of geocaches and locate them. • Build your own map. Mark all the hazards and greens on a golf course so that you can see distances and directions to all obstacles. Wheresit will never show you advertising and no in-app purchases are required for full functionality.
