I use the app to watch live Morning broadcasts while getting ready for work. I used to be a faithful 22 watcher. No more. The app is far less glitchy and it keeps getting better. And the newscasters have great chemistry. They seem like really nice, caring people - very personable. Good morning Western Mass! 😃

I love the app, but I really wish there was a way to specify what type of alerts/notifications I receive.... I don’t need a “Football kicks off today” or “there could be something in your kitchen making you sick, watch tonight at 11 for the whole story”... I do want the breaking news alerts (emergency, weather, safety situations, etc...). But the programmers really need to calm down with the “anything and everything” for notifications.

The app works well for sending out notifications but if you don’t tap the notification right away, it doesn’t save to the Notification Center. Please fix this. There are articles you notify us on I’d like to see but can’t find them when I search and can’t always read it when the notification pops up on screen.

Western Mass news is the best go to source for up to date accurate and breaking news. Entire staff is fun and uplifting such a refreshing way to start and end your day
