Weigh My Truck

Should be able to change payment methods through app and personal information and be able to log in or out with apples log in features. People don’t want to have to make phone calls and only during business hours. App and ideas great cause frankly I have compromised respiratory problems and love being able to just weigh n go with out having to find parking and go inside for tickets. Also keep up the truck trading cards my I’ll nephew loves them and seeing n making me read them n tell him about the trucks. Really makes my day seeing him so enthusiastic about what I do everyday. Thank you for creating this app. But let’s step up our game guys.

This app is such a great idea. It works too. You go to the scale, let it grab your location, fill in the truck and trailer information, pay from the app and you are good to go. The scale ticket will be emailed to you, or the printed one is inside the truck stop waiting for you. It is printed on the bottom it is already paid. You've been to the icy, rainy, full truck stop. You can weigh and get right out without parking and going inside. I've never needed the embossed, signed paper scale ticket, and you have the PDF version of one available to you. It's great and a real timesaver. It has a reweigh option if you open it again at the same location too.

Didn't bother to sign up when I went online and started. Started asking 3 security questions and then didn't like my password so I just let it go and decided I will walk inside and get the exercise. They're making it so high user security for something so insignificant. Not much danger of someone stealing your phone, figuring out how to unlock it, noticing you have the app, driving a truck that needs to be weighed, guessing your password, plus risking being time stamped and on truck stop cameras in the act.

App does what it's supposed to and makes scaling incredibly simple. Alleviates the hassle of having to go into the store to pay and get you're scale receipt. Here's the problem. Once you sign up there is no way within the app to change or edit your payment method. So be sure the payment method you choose initially is what you want to stick with.

You would think that after the length of time the app has been released it would have better support. It has not had a update in a year. This the only app I know of that you can’t access your account from the app. Anything with your account has to be done from the website. Not to mention that you have two different apps from cat. One for scale locations and one for scaling. The app is also slow. It works but that is about it. It should be a lot better.
