Wave: Enterprise Inventory

Note: Wave requires a CS108 handheld and a SimplyRFiD Pogi Server to function. SimplyRFiD Wave makes taking inventory fast -- with RFID. Wave works online and offline — you can sync on-the-go with multiple Wave handhelds. On average, you can inventory 700 items per minute, effortlessly. FEATURES 1. ITEM LOCATION Mark your inventory by location. These can be rooms (storage, IT closet) or buildings (Headquarters, Cell Tower 115). You pick how you want to organize. All your data is searchable from anywhere, but when you are auditing an area, it's nice to say, "OK, I'm missing these items." Wave will tell you what you still need to find in that location. Wave also updates the Last Seen time to show how long an item has been missing. 2. PICTURES Make your inventory beautiful. You can set a picture for any item, and it displays in your list as you're inventorying items. Pictures are great for finding unique items (art, custom dies, and tools). Employee badges can use RFID with a photo to verify identity. 3. MISSING ITEMS The Pogi Data Server allows you to run queries like "Which items are missing more than 30 days?" 4. TRACKING FIELDS You can select custom field names and properties. A few common fields: - Asset ID for synchronizing to your ERP - Long description (e.g., service history) - Model Number or SKU for integration to QuickBooks or other accounting systems. - Serial Number - Latitude / Longitude (automatically tracked) - Last Seen / Last inventoried date - Location - Calibration Due / Last Calibration - Owner - Status (Broken, New, Serviceable) 5. GPS Wave stores the GPS location of each item it locates. Outdoors this is within about 1 meter (3 feet) accuracy. Indoors this varies, but it's usually surprisingly accurate unless you are underground. You can export all your data and display it visually in Google Maps by Latitude/Longitude. 6. CALIBRATIONS and CHECK-OUT Wave works with SimplyRFiD's PAWN enterprise asset visibility system. PAWN will alert if an out of calibration item approaches an egress door using permanently mounted doorway Aura RFID readers (separate product add-on). 7. SECURITY The Pogi server synchronizes your data across all your handhelds and provides access via a web browser. Pogi lives on AWS (Amazon Web Services) data servers. 8. REPORTS Your Wave app will synchronize to the Pogi server. From Pogi, you can provide report-only logins. These reports are great for your team to see: Where are all the cars parked, by GPS location? How many items are in stock? Are any items out of calibration / due for service? 9 AURA MODE You can place your handheld reader into an always-on RFID reader mode. 1/ plug in your reader and phone into a power source, 2/ mount to a doorway, and 3/ your reader will read tags continuously. Aura mode is useful when you want to track items entering/exiting an area or simulate a fixed reader system. 10. FAST We optimized the code to run on an iPod with 1,000,000 records or more. One the iPhone SE or iPhone Max, you'll really love the extra size and battery life. Sync times are 5x faster on the iPhone Pro -- recommended if you have more than 20,000 assets.
