Users get alerts when they walk near areas that have seen reports of serious crime such as knife attacks, sexual assault, violent attacks and mugging. No one can predict where the next crime will be. However, we believe being informed and staying alert is the key to staying safer. This App has other safety features. TapSafe: If something goes wrong and you stop tapping your protectors are automatically alerted and shown your location HomeSafe: Automatically alerts loved ones if you fail to get home on time and only then displays your location to your pre-chosen contact.
