The competition lasts for one month, when the teams are trying to take as many steps as possible during regular, daytoday activities. Walking Month combines physical health and the healthy habit of being active and engaged members of the community. Steps are automatically counted using Apple HealthKit services and used to power the competition, providing relevant statistics for participants and teams.
