Love the app but one thing drives me crazy. When it comes to the instore steers it doesn’t give any indication on which store it’s aimed at. For example while I was in Starbucks today I tried clicking on the Starbucks steer and it kept saying “Sorry you need to be in a specific store.” Well which one?!? Tell me and I may very well end up going there! I have plenty of choices of Starbucks store, and I’ll happily change my choice if necessary. It’s happened to me more times than I can remember (I’ve never actually successfully completed an instore steer) - Please consider communicating with us so we can help you better.

Very, very quick surveys & the points add up a lot quicker than you think as I’ve only been using it a few weeks and had 2 payments already. Payments are almost instant too via PayPal. You do have to remember to check & refresh it a few times a day but the surveys take seconds each so this can be done at anytime without disrupting your day. Shows you a lot of interesting new product ideas also! Very impressed.

Cashed out 2 days ago and still no sign of money. Should be more information when cashing out how long the money will take and how much it will be, which doesn’t show up anywhere in the app; a cash out confirmation email would be nice as well. Theres no way to contact support through the app which there should be. Have emailed support through their website and had no reply yet, there should be info about how long a reply back from support should take. It’s taken me over two months to get £5 doing lots of steers each day, whereas on other survey sites I can make £5 in one day easy. Just seems like a dodgy app with no info anywhere. Will update with a higher rating if I receive money and a reply within reasonable time.

It happened to me twice when I wanted to do the sainsbury in store ones. When I arrived at the store, I only did one when there was others left and the reason why I couldn’t do the others was because it had no next button to start to vote for the foods. Despite all of that I do like the survey very much since it only takes 1 sec to do and I did receive £5 in my paypal. It’s the only easiest fun survey app to go on.

Probably took a couple of months to earn 10,000 points to cash out £5 to PayPal. Payment took a few hours .Took a few mins a day. Would be better if you received notification rather than to keep having to check the app. Could only do very few of the in store surveys as it wouldn’t recognise I was in the store, even when Google Maps did
