This app is designed for use with the Google Cardboard mask, though should work with most VR masks as long you choose the program by hand. Unfortunately, Apple does not yet have a compatible mask that allows you to select the program within the VR experience. Due to the size of the videos, it's best to download the program onto your device rather than stream them. This will enhance the quality. If possible find a peaceful place to sit and participate in the meditations. Use noise canceling headphones and a mask with a strap so you don't have to hold it up to your face. We'll be regularly adding programs and would love to hear about your experience with the meditation.
