The T-Roc has a serious glitch were you can see 2 copies of the cars, one on top of the other, slightly offset. The High-Up! (1.0 TSI, the vehicle I’m actually interested in) will not load no matter how many times I try.

This app has been poor for a while. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be getting any better, which makes one wonder what VW are actually doing to it. The main issue is the clunky layout and the appalling speed. If you add an option to a car, there's a long pause whilst it goes away and thinks about things and eventually adds the item. Of course, in the meantime, you've been clicking on the option repeatedly in case it didn't register the the first time, which causes another pause whilst it thrashes away and turns it off, and so on and so on until you give up. Surely it's not beyond the authors to add some intelligent caching of images and other data? It's also rather twee - "Thanks for helping". I'm not helping,I'm trying to configure the specification I want. Makes me cringe.

Such a shame that a leading manufacturer cannot get an application like this right. Information is incorrect on so many levels (up) - particularly on the high up version of the vehicle. Then when you tap on the engine type you want, it will not progress in order to configure your exact requirements. It will only allow you to progress on the beats version. I really think they could do a lot better than this, and as such I would expect them to.

This app was brilliant. Able to select variations of models, choose options, change colours and then sit back and compare prices. Then a week ago the app stopped working on my IPad. Front page come up, you get the rotating circular 'just wait a few seconds' icon and then the page disappears. Deleted and reloaded the app on both my IPad and my phone. Neither work. A real shame.

VW should be able to do much better than this, my view is that the app has not been tested properly. Overall design and look of app is great but all the different equipment options need checking and correcting where necessary.
