Spent ages trying to get this app to work, ended up contacting Vodafone UK and added to my account and was told it was added to my account for my iPad broadband, only to receive a text message later saying that it couldn't be added. What is the point! There are some scumbags out there hacking peoples accounts! Unfortunately for me I am one of them! I wanted some security and was told it would work! Guess what! It doesn’t!

What a waste of money. A cheap trick by Vodafone to charge customers an extra £12/year for something you don’t need. Compulsorily added to new contracts “free” for 3 months but then they make it hard for you to cancel (can’t do by chat etc only by downloading app etc)

I can tell that I fee more secure with Securenet; but so would like to know more about its features. I don’t feel like I am getting all it’s benefits

I have upgraded my Vodafone account to include secure net but even though Vodafone tell me I have it and assured me I will be able to log in, I still can’t. This is the same for my son. I spent ages on the phone to Vodafone trying to sort it and now just can’t be fussed. Load of rubbish.

Rubbish, don’t download this app, waste money waste time, they cost you £1 every month and dont know for what, i try to cancel at the app, but didn’t find the solution, i will call the Vodafone customers service tomorrow for cancel as soon as possible
