I have had Vocolinc products in my home for over a year and a half and have had zero issues with them. Well, one bulb needed a master reset when I opened it, but the amazing support staff at Vocolinc helped with that in less than 30 mins. I have 9 bulbs, an LED strip light, a power strip, and 4 plugs. I have lights, wax warmers, fans, and my coffee pot connected. All work flawlessly. I don’t understand the negative reviews. All HomeKit apps add all other products to their inventory. All allow access to each other in their respective apps. I can set the devices up in HomeKit or the LinkWise app without any problem. I’ve only had connection issues once and that was when the power flickered at my apartment. I live in an apartment which means tons of routers in the area and still have no issues with connection to mine. They work flawlessly when I’m using them remotely which is why I bought my initial set to begin with. Boy it’s nice to have a fresh hot cup of coffee waiting for you when you get home in the morning. All in all, these HomeKit products rock. I can only assume the issues others are having are user errors in some way. I’ve never had an experience with the units that I wouldn’t consider amazing. Would recommend these every day of the week and twice on Sundays.
