Village Clubs

I googled “DC Ranch village club” on my phone in order to take a look at Group fitness classes schedule. But not, it did not displayed it, it took me to Apple App Store (do not understand why it needs to be so complicated) OK, downloaded App and.....nothing! No schedule there.... It gives me “my account” and “my reservation” and other junk but no Fitness Schedule! No wonder this has 1 star reviews! Waisted 20 min and could not pull up a simple Schedule!

I don’t know who to be more disappointed with: the app developer for writing such a broken app, or Apple for allowing this into the App Store. If you simply try to find a location, you can’t. And the schedule on their website isn’t responsive so it’s nearly impossible to know what’s going on, and when. Which is really sad because the clubs are beautiful. But they have a gaping hole in their tech.

This app no longer works as it used to. They claim they fixed the bugs but not true yet. I get kicked out every time I enter the app and cannot access the class schedule at all. I keep having to delete the app and download it again hoping it’ll work again. Unfortunately it works after doing so, but only for a few hours or so (maybe the day if I’m lucky).

Every few weeks the menu for classes dissappears from the app. Without it you cannot schedule a class. As others have noted the only fix is to uninstall the app and reinstall it and sign back in. Real pain.

My 12-year-old could create an app with less bugs. I cannot believe the village clubs won’t invest a few hundred bucks into building a proper app. I’ve had to delete it and download it about 75 times this year alone. Shame
