ValuesCardSort

This is a set of 56 values cards which allows the user to sort through their values into Very Important, A Little Important, and Not Important to better understand which values are important to them in this moment. The user is then guided to sort these even further until they are left with their top five most important values and then select one value to focus on for the time being. This app is useful as a stand-alone exercise to understand what is most meaningful to an individual or can also be used in line with other Acceptance and Commitment Therapy exercises.
