PREPARE A MEETING In the Room lobby, prepare your meeting via chat, video call and by sharing any kind of document. START A MEETING AND COLLABORATE When ready, enter the Room and start collaborating on the whiteboard in real time! Brainstorm, draw sketches, create sticky notes, add text, import photos and videos, present and annotate over documents. Quickly invite extra guests by sharing a link to the meeting session. FOLLOW-UP When a meeting ends, save a recap and share it with all the participants. Follow-up in the Lobby. JOIN A ROOM AS A GUEST Join a Room as a guest via invitation link or Room ID and code, or by scanning the QR code of an existing Room or Valarea POD equipped meeting room.
