I would give them 5 stars except for the fact that it can take over 2 weeks to get paid even though they actually pay better than most other service providers. One can’t make plans with one’s money because you can’t predict when one will get paid...but you know it’s coming eventually. Also I frequently get automated and some time live calls even though I am signed into the app but may never get an alert on the app.

I’m unable to receive any notifications through this app on my mobile device, I only receive phone calls from the automated voice. I recently logged in the dispatch portal using a laptop, not sure if that would cause it but before this happened everything was working fairly well. By the time I accept the call through the portal and open the email the call disappears. These bugs need to be fixed

Unprofessional staff that has almost no knowledge about towing and roadside assistance. Staff sits behind computers pays contractors to do work and gives you crap about everything you do. Also heard from others and experienced a very one sided claims process avoid at all costs.

App was working great for 2 weeks. Now it hasn’t gone off for 8 days. I know other guys are getting calls but not this guy. I deactivate and uninstall the app daily as instructed by the tech support. Still no calls
