This app is as about as good as the website. The functionality is almost non-existent, the buttons do not work, and it does not make the ordering experience easy. While the design of the app maybe be good, it doesn’t matter when you can’t press the buttons. This is about the same functionality as the website. Anytime I try to order electronically, I end up just calling our order in. Save yourself some time and don’t download this app.

Since March 2019 app update, all our points are lost and payment method was erased (we did successfully log in to our still present account). Multiple attempts to re-add different cards to payment method screen, since the update, result in perpetual ‘loading’ screen on our iPhone 8 and 7+. App for us is useless since the ‘update.’ We had used it successfully for several months and hundreds of points before the update.

Unable to use this app from the first hour I downloaded it. Deleted and reloaded it twice but for no use. Get your act together before you have an app that doesn’t work. It didn’t even have the location I’m at to search for and place an order. When I went to the location finder, I couldn’t get out from there to see the rest of the app. I had to delete the app just to “unfreeze” it.

I can’t get the app to add my address or payment method. It has those options but won’t complete the actions. So I can’t pay for my order and I can’t get delivery. Much easier to use the website.

This app generally is good but there’s no option to add at tip directly through the app. So if the driver doesn’t bring you your receipt you end up stiffing them on the tip. I don’t ever carry paper money so this is very distressing. Please add a tip function and the app would be perfect.
