Love the credit union, love the app. I’ve been a member for over ten years, and I feel like UFCU has my financial well-being in mind. I actually enjoy visiting their branches, but, if I am not able, the app is a worthy substitute. It’s clean, concise, and easy to navigate. I especially love the financial tools option at the bottom that allows me to track my spending via this super fun, interactive bubble graph. It also lets me set spending limits in specific areas and categorize all my transactions within my account activity pages. You guys rock!

I just downloaded this app to iPad. I wanted to be able to print statements from iPad. When I opened my visa statement (also tried for monthly bank statement - I can look at it but there’s no button to print it in upper right corner (or anywhere else). So I decided to save it and see if that works- Well, then the print button shows up in upper right corner but my statement never loads so all I get is a blank page. This does not work for me. This problem also affects e-letters and tax statements. As for the iPhone app- the statement viewing or printing isn’t even an option - WHY???? STATEMENTS is completely missing from the menu! I hate going to a computer just to print a statement. Why should I have to?? My iPhone and iPad are perfectly capable of sending statements to a printer. I find this terribly annoying. In my world- is never use a laptop again. The iPad is much more portable for me. This is long past due. I kept hoping it would get fixed. But I can’t keep wishing any longer. Now I’m forced to complain. I guess I wouldn’t even need to print it if UFCU didn’t require paperless accounts to get the bonus interest. But my mother is 85 and needs help with her paperless account. So printing is a MUST!!!

From a planning perspective it would be great to have funds deducted right away. Too may times I have thought that I had funds available to spend but really were not. I’d be better off using Visa to pay bills as it post when transaction is made. I am not sure the advantage of bill pay if it takes 4-5 days for UFCU to pay out. Most of my bills would be past due. Checking is better, as it gets postmark when I mail it... could be same ay, and not considered late by many. Thus I would rank 1) Visa, 2) payment by check, 3) UFCU bill pay. Also budgeting tool is poor. I don’t need to have my kids accounts as part of our family budget. I have tried to not have them but the apps UI is terrible... no visual feedback. It needs improvement.

Very efficient app, and a thousand times better than when I just started over a year ago. When I first started the app was very sluggish and over a hundred megabits for the whole app!...and only a few features. But now I gotta say, only half of that and!...so many more features!...congrats to the developer! Thanks for making this app much greater and powerful usable and user friendly app. More power to you! Peace! P.S. maybe I started this app over 2 years now. Thanks

Each improvement of the bill pay service has made it less convenient to use. I'm sure they keep finding somebody to host it cheaper. Fortunately there is a way to go to the actual bill pay site and pay bills the "previously improved way", which is much better. Also, load times are often irritatingly long. Occasionally, they fail to send a check and charge my account anyway, and 1 time they mailed a check to a miscellaneous bank instead of my lawn service. Also, many using many of the features, such as bill pay takes a lot patience since it is so slow.
