I've had this app for over two months now and while the language aspect of it has been improved, logging in is consistently a joke. Just now, I've inputted my details correctly 5 times, been sent 5 different SMS verification codes and still can't log in. Would be good if the app didn't automatically log you out, too.

The app is actually not quite user friendly... So hard to know what the categories are even though it has been labelled... The format is still rather based on desktop version rather than full on mobile version, which I think is a disappointment... I believe that the app should be like... I click the gender and it just shows me what's the new arrivals are or even just shows me every piece of clothing they have. Should really consider the way that H&M does it because it is so much easier to use

But a "wish list"/"favourite" function would be essential for the app to be useful even though there's no online purchase. Customers could have used such lists when shopping at your shops, made faster decisions and stayed for a shorter time, all of which are good for your business.

Every time I tried to open the app for membership points, it always ask me to login again. Horrible experience that i need to wait at the counter for the SMS to login. You should either fix the problem! Or provide us alternative login password instead of waiting for the SMS

I was constantly asked to login again and again while using this APP, it is a terrible user experience. Just now i was asked to login for the 4th time within 5 minutes. I was asked to login RIGHT AFTER I LOGGED IN. Like i just logged in 2 seconds ago. I just wanna apply refund for the product. Please improve.
