Are you planning to do a Car Play update? That would improve the App for me.

I don’t like the new Union Jack app update. I used to love the app. Why did you have to mess with it? It was very efficient. The black background gives me a headache and makes it hard to read the names of the songs and artists. When it was white with red and blue, it was very easy to read, it was very relaxing and gave you a feel good factor. It also felt very British, which is what Union Jack stood for. Also now, there’s no image of the album or single that is being played. That means you don’t recognise the songs as well, you can’t experience history and it doesn’t seem as British. Another negative about the new Union Jack app is when you want to hear a sample of a song to vote for it, you press it and it’s not clear which one you pressed because there is no play button like on the old app. If there is no problem with something, you shouldn’t mess with it.

Pretends to allow you to vote but unclear how your vote actually influences anything. Plays the same songs repeatedly. Annoyingly starts the radio on your phone every time you start the app.

Union Jack is a great station, and its got a lot of different streams streams to choose on the website. Can you put these in the app, because the app stream isn’t that good quality.

One week the songs you request are there, a week later it says that these songs aren’t available. Waste of time having the app to be fair, ok if you want to vote up other people’s requests
