Please take this app off of my purchase list I Never use it

The low bandwidth requirements with Ultraflix make for incredible viewing experiences with the highest quality 4K content around. After being a Netflix subscriber for almost 10 years and growing tired of seeing the same content and dealing with the constant buffering issues this has been a nice change. You really have to see the quality first hand to experience the difference. Excited for what Ultraflix 3.0 has in store. Wish they had a subscription model but the pay as you go structure works for now.

I’m on iOS 12.1 on a XS M. Every time I click play on a movie, the app crashes to the homescreen. I’ve reinstalled the app and rebooted. No luck.

Awful movie options, not 4K

Have pre-paid rentals that I cannot access. Apps (iPhone and Vizio) keep asking me to 're-validate' my email address by registering. When I do so, a registration error pops up saying that my "email address ALREADY exists." When I go to login, I enter the password -- I have the correct password, which doesn't work either -- and select 'forgot password' (to reset everything), I get an error message saying my email address DOES NOT exist. So frustrating. I've emailed customer service; not a peep in over a week. Go with a company that has better customer support unless you need all the 4K access.
