Just updated to ios13.2 and now I can’t connect to my speaker. I tried restarting my phone. Deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing. What’s happening here? UPDATE: Deleting and reinstalled the app worked for me after all. Just hope I don’t have to do this every time.

I bought this speaker mainly to listen to podcasts, audiobooks, and professional education courses I have to get through. As such, I use the “previous track” feature as heavily as the “next track”, and also heavily rely upon the ability to rewind or fast forward (controlling the track from your physical iPhone, this is achieved by holding down the forward or back button). However, the single “magic button” one button on the top of the speaker which is supposed to control music from the speaker without needing to access your device, can only do two things - press once to play or pause, tap twice to skip to next track. Tapping three times does nothing; upon reading the support page, it turns out “previous track” is not a function on this device, anything other than play\pause or next track must be done from your device. In addition, most accessories which use this single\double\triple tap system allow you to hold the second (or third) tap down as a press in order to (respectively) fast forward or rewind within a track. The speaker supports neither of these either. I would gladly edit and update this review should the manufacturer correct this and add any or all of these features on a update (the speaker can be updated through the app).

You guys make awesome speakers! Super big fan and I use it during my morning shower everyday. One suggestion is Siri Shortcut support! You guys are sold at Apple Store's and use exclusively Music, but don't have support for Siri Shortcuts! It would be so nice to be able to ask Siri to turn my speaker on instead of opening up the app. Thanks for all your hard work :) big fan here!

I love love love love this speaker. I use it every single day without fail. I hate when the battery is dead and you have to wait for a certain percentage for it to turn back on. Today it was 47% before it let me turn it back on. So that’s really annoying. Once it’s plugged in it should be able to turn back on.

iPhone 8+ sitting on iOS 12.4, the app works perfect with both of my OG Megabooms. it’s unfortunate so many people have are having issues I hope they get resolved. Seems like iOS 13 could have broken something also.
