I ordered a combo from a restaurant. When the delivery guy came to deliver the order, one of the item was missing, the quantity of the other item was less than usual and there was no cutlery or container and no packaging at all, though they charge for packaging. Even no bill. When I tried getting help from Uber support, they sent a minimum amount as Uber credit in Uber wallet. I requested them to refund the full amount as the condition in which the order was delivered anyone would get idea if it is consumed or contaminated by anyone. I sent them many messages and emails but they kept on sending the same machine recorded message saying “ We understand your recent experience has not been the best. Your feedback is important to us and our team has already reviewed your concern and noted your feedback. Unfortunately, I am unable to make any adjustments to this order owing to our system or policy limitations. However, please be assured that we have processes in place to try and ensure that such instances are not repeated” This is not the first time I had problem with this app but I had problem in previous orders as well and as always they never address the problem and they never try to correct. I will never use this app and would never recommend this app to anyone.

The worst ever experience i had with uber eats!! I had ordered a sundae ice cream from gianis delhi which is suppose to have 3 scoops of icecream with chocolate topping and nuts. The order which I had received was a single scoop of ice cream. After contacting the customer care regarding false order that i received first they asked me to pay for the wrong order that i have received and doing nothing about it.. after having a discussion for couple of minutes the executive asked me to contact Gianis personally to either replace the order or get it free of cost. After contacting Gianis and sending them the pictures Gianis agreed that the order is incorrect and as it was midnight so he was not able to replace it and they were ready to make the order free of cost and he aksed me contact uber eats and confirm the same. Again knowing the whole scenario the customer executive from UberEats was not ready to wave off the charges even after the restaurant accepted the fault. UberEats was adamant on extorting money for the wrong order sent by them. I was mentally harassed as I received numerous calls till 1 AM in the night for the order placed at 11 pm from the UberEats forcing me to take the wrong order and pay for it. #NoToUberEats #CrappyService

I never had a single delivery issues while using Swiggy or Zomato. One day I just thought of trying Uber eats. My first food delivery was good, the second one was bad as I had to make multiple calls to get my food delivered and my third and latest one is worst. I placed an order at 7:30 pm and I immediately got a notification that my food is on the way and it will reach by 7:55 pm and as I opened my tracker I found the delivery boy is just 1 minute away who is at behind lane where I live but after 10 minutes I still didn’t get my food So as I checked the app again it showed the delivery boy going back to restaurant then I got a message that “your courier was waiting and unable to find you so the order is canceled & you’ll be charged for undelivered orders”. Like Seriously?? I didn’t get even a single call and when I tried calling back the phone was not even connecting and how can he not find my location? I pinpointed my exact location on map which is just 70 meters away from main road along with plot no, flat no & name etc. I seriously don’t recommend this app to users who doesn’t stay near main road as they can’t find you and unnecessarily charge you for their mistakes.

Stupidest app someone can ever use.. they are bunch of cheaters who tried to make money by not cancelling even wrong orders.. I ordered a food in hurry and immediately after the pay before even getting a confirmation from restaurant, I realised I ordered from a far away restaurant while another outlet is near my house.. the cost is the same but it’s the question of time that differs.. I immediately tried to cancel the order before restaurant confirmed the order but there is no cancel option.. it directed me to customer support which as usual takes its good old time to connect.. by this time restaurant accepted my order.. Uber eats Service personal without any concern In cool tone said no if we cancel your order now you will lose your money.. I was begging saying it’s getting late for work and I wrongly ordered in the far away outlet.. but they just repeat whatever they said and that’s all!!! I just don’t understand why cancel order option is not there even before restaurant confirms it.. this is madness.. even if you accidentally order something, your money is gone and you need to forcefully accept the order.. This is the last time I’d be using Uber eats.. hell with its service..

My order was placed unexpectedly and I haven’t received an option cancel the order.. so within a minute a made a call to your customer service to cancel the order since there is no one at that place atleast who can utilise that, and my money were deducted from my Paytm wallet.. they are saying restaurant had already accepted your order and started preparing. How come it is possible in lessthan a minute.. how can I waste such huge amounts without having anything.. i don’t have any other possibility that someone near my home can utilise that, since I cancelled my order.. how can uber eats charge for that order which I haven’t received.. atleast if you are charging min amount it is okay but how can you charge full amount. If there is someone to take the order why we would waste our money.. worst worst service from uber eats.. no other app like Swiggy or zomato are doing so. One and only uber eats have these kind of worst cancellation charges.. I am saying you that as soon as my order was clicked by mistake the restaurant has accepted it immediately.. I did not had an option to cancel the order.. that is the reason I made a call to your customer care..
