Trade Me Property: Real Estate

Good app, in the next version could you please include a feature where house prices get tied to the median wage? Even just 5X would be fine. That way we can actually use it to buy a house. Thanks!

For the most part the app is great, but bring back the feature where you can hide listings!!! I use the app a lot less now because it’s so cluttered when you can’t narrow things down. Also it would be great if there was a requirement for a ballpark minimum or BEO, when a listing lists just the RV it doesn’t mean anything any more so I assume it’ll be something ridiculous and avoid the listing altogether 😊 However I LOVE when listings have the market estimation (and the accuracy grading too) 😊

A useful app but experience on it is way mediocre. The app has no idea they need to cache the photos, so when you open a property page, all photos load once, then when click view photos, they load again! And 9 out 10 of those photos is a full sized 3M photos. So the experience is too poor, and chewing way too much data for you phone. Be careful to use it if you don’t have a too much data on your mobile plans.

App is good, but would be useful if one could scroll from the last image to first and first to last. At the moment, I have to scroll through 20 images just to see the one I’m interested in, sometimes. Its how it works in the web app, so it doesn’t seem to be something TM is against from a design perspective!

All fine with properties being advertised but only issue is we don’t get a response from people posting their ads and then finally get an answer when property is then rented and no longer available. If somehow we could get a more prompt reply. Thank you
