I use this app for work but it randomly crashes when I’m using the NFC feature. I have two phones, Apple(personal) and Android(Work) I seem to have this problem with the Apple app. I tried uninstalling it but nothing seems to work...

I used to hate the edit photo option. But it is actually a blessing. I was able to direct people to where a problem was on their site, with nothing more than a circle around the issue. It’s a great tool to better pinpoint what the issue is. Everyone on my team hated it untill they had to use it. Now they all love it, despite the annoyance of it! When is this new update coming out?

Was the update that included the “edit photo” really necessary? It is interfering with sending the photo to the report after acknowledging the picture taken, and also the auto rotate feature is annoying. Auto rotate is locked on device being used, but it still auto rotates when in use. Please the developers know of this issue. The old version was better in my own opinion.

This app is too complicated as to where everything is positioned and also the GPS constantly running drains my battery. I’m having to charge my phone 3x a night just to keep the app operating. Also make it where when the app is opened then the gps is on, when reports submitted, and clock clock out uses the gps. Don’t have it running all the time.

Has a decent layout but randomly crashes rather frequently and it's really annoying. Crashes for me about every hour and a half to two hours for no apparent reason.
