TowerMadness HD

This has been and still is my favorite iOS Tower Defense game. Replay-ability is five stars, I've been playing it for more than 5 years on iPad and iPhone alike - my Son found it originally when he was very young, we now compete in split-screen mode on our iPad Pro and just have a ball with it. The gameplay is smooth & no nonsense, none of the extra graphics & complexity of the new version - just good quality well thought out gameplay.

Towermadness is a great app that is one of the few split screen multiplayer tower defense games that is enjoyable. Owning all the in app content the only piece missing would be an in app map maker to allow users to create their own maps. I would gladly pay $10 for an in game map maker to allow me and my friends the chance to battle it out on custom made maps. Keep up the great work. Oh yeah bring back multiplayer in Towermadness 2!

I have yet to find another TD game I like. This one has superb gameplay. Others are boring with set paths for enemies to follow. Enemies in this game don’t follow a set path (or when they do, there is still the illusion they’re not). Some purchases are necessary. I got through all but one level with just an additional flamethrower. Additional levels will cost, too Speaking of additional level, there haven’t been any for years. I would like to see more levels and even see a level creator for the community to share home brewed levels. TD 2 is horrible. Don’t bother with it. It has the set paths I mentioned earlier and is so convoluted it’s not fun. I’m guessing this game was abandoned in favor of #2. Too bad. This is the best TD game I’ve played.

I have played Tower Madness since it first came out on apple devices. It is by far the best of its king and the experience has never been duplicated. I thought it was dead years ago and just happened to find out they upgraded to the new Apple standards. I reinstalled and am thrilled. I think if they came out with a new “levels” pack, they would be thrilled with the response.

I have loved this game for years, and - not kidding - even put off upgrading to iOS 11 for a little while just so I could still play this game. I’m SO happy to have it back. (I’m assuming iPhone support is in the pipeline too...). Now - can we get more maps? More weapons upgrades? I bought the previous ones, and if there are more I’ll likely buy them too! I so much prefer this model of game play vs where things seem to have been going: these games start and end (for the most part) in one session; they’re on my device, not a server somewhere; I buy the game and if I want to, permanent upgrades, not loot boxes to spend and in-game gold and other nonsense. Wecome back, Tower Madness!
