ToSeePlus - Smart Camera

For what I paid for this device it is great. I give it a 4 because it is almost perfect for my needs but on high it is too sensitive and the medium could be a little more sensitive. I had no problem connecting to WiFi and installing. Be prepared to have to pay a small monthly fee or $40 a year to continue having movement videos saved for viewing. To me it was worth it especially compared to competitor pricing. The video is great quality

These apps. are really bad and frustrating to use. Was finally able to install device with ToSee but impossible with ToSee Plus, which is the only way to interface with Alexa. Many features in the apps. used to setup of device don’t work correctly and there is no built in trouble shooting. The instructions (confusingly poor English and using wrong nouns/verbs) makes all really frustrating. I would not use these apps. if Inhad a choice and therefore regret buying the doorbell device requiring them.

It’s actually a good app that has many options to control the camera the only thing that I see is missing I can't see the camera charging bar

If I could give them no stars I would. This app is clunky and doesn’t work at all. Takes forever to load anything, set up the camera and even though I have a micro sim in my camera it doesn’t allow playback or for me to view the captured motion video clips yet it will notify me it took one. Do yourself a favor and buy a Yi brand camera. Those Asians know how to do a better product and app.

Latest update and what happened to the zoom feature? Bring the zoom back and maybe then a strong 4 star with potential for a 5 star if they bring back zoom and any other usable features like quicker refresh times.
