I enjoy Tommy’s, it’s the only car wash near me that has a decent price and doesn’t put an ugly sticker in my windshield. What I think would be cool is a way to see your Statistics for example, who many times I’ve washed my car, how long ago I washed it, and like average per month or something, I feel like this would be simple to implement and even though it’s not something everyone would look at I know many people might like such a feature

Don’t understand so many negative reviews. Are they from Tommy’s competition? Found setting up an account very easy. Yes you have to enter a credit card, no Apple Pay but that’s life. Use a credit card with alerts. The car wash plans are a good deal if you are willing to get out of your car and vacuum the inside yourself. The self serve floor mat washer is great. I have the plan with the uv protection and am very satisfied. I washed my car today then it rained. No big deal went back and it took less then 5 minutes to get another wash and have a clean car again. Don’t need a rain check. It’s that simple.

So today I was at Tommy’s, like normal had my car in neutral. No car attendants out helping, telling people what todo. Dude slams on my window telling me to stop. I guess I was very close from hitting the car in front of me, instead of them turning off machines slams on my window. Usually I get a plastic over my windshield wiper, not this time. Right after that I went to vacuum, and the same thing happened As I watched another car almost hit another, car attendants then shut off the machine. If I wanted to get in a car accident I would simply just go hit a car. I recently just purchased my vehicle 2 months ago, why would I want todo that. Get it together tommies car attendants in joplin. Needless to say I have canceled my member ship. I will go else where. Thanks but no thanks tommies.

I should not be made to put my c/c info to join!!!! I paid today at the car wash , guy said fill out car info & your set. So I am paid for a month. I refuse any further charges so why would you need my info. My account is paid & I am quite capable of paying & choosing if or how to pay at the renewal date!!! Cc info Should not be required so what now I have to hold onto this receipt for 30 days! Please fix your app! What about your customers that don’t have cell phones or not tech savvy

When the new Tommy’s opened in Grand Rapids they had attendants that guided and made sure my car was far enough away from the car ahead of me. Not any more. When I stopped just before entering late this afternoon, a rude young person stepped out of the office and emphatically pointed to a reader board that said pull ahead. There were 3 young people in the office seemingly doing nothing. Not going back again!
