Time My Drive

Simple, clear, easy to use. Love the mapping feature. However, Not supported well. In fact, the help menu does not work at all, so you cannot suggest anything, nor get help from the developer The app should sync to the cloud so that two drivers could use it for one learner. We have two apps running separate logs for one student driver in the home.

UPDATE 2: It's fixed! Thank you!! Rating it 4 stars, because it should have a way to support more than one driver without deleting the old information. Haven't actually used it to time a drive yet as my son finished his required time the other day, but I'll use it again. Plus I have another one ready for it in a few years. ————— ORIGINAL REVIEWS: This app used to work perfectly for me on my "never updated" iPhone 6. It may not be the slickest looking app, but it worked. Just upgraded to the iPhone 7, and the app crashes now when I try to add comments (still is logging the travel time so far). I might be lucky enough to add one word and exit out to save it, but I've only been successful at getting 2 key words in the comments before it crashes. Was hoping to use it for my daughter in a few years since I paid for it, but looks like that won't be possible. Please do some updates to the app. ————— UPDATE: Dropping to 1 star. Still haven't heard from tech support on this app and still can't hardly use it. I paid for this! FIX IT!!

I just bought Time My Drive for my daughter to time her drives before getting her license. The app description says you can edit log to put in times you forgot. There’s no tutorials for this app. I eventually figured out how to add her times from this week that she did just before I got this app, but it was a real pain. There’s also no way I can see for her to log in so the times are associated with her name. I clicked on the link in both the App Store Time My Drive app ad as well as in the app itself. When you try to submit a question, all you get is an error message. Frustrating! We are not off to a good start with this app! If it was more than a dollar, I would be so mad, but it still should be so much better than this.

So far all the features that I've used are working out fine in this early review... I would give the app 4.5 stars. I would have liked the ability to add Multiple drivers so that down the road I can compare my children's experiences. If there was a way to share and sync progress between my wife and I this would get a full 5 stars. Obviously my teen drives with both of us. There are man things that can be added, such as adding a conditions check list with special events. For example, "In this trip I... used a parking garage, parallel parked, u-turned, filled up a tank of fuel." As a basic log with a few nice features this hits the mark. Thanks for the nice and affordable app.

This app has been very useful for me! I can get my license in about 6 months, and have been using this since I got my permit. For the first few days I was writing down and adding up the hours I drove. This is so much more convenient! Definitely recommended. I only need 5 more day hours and 10 more night hours :)
