Time In Kid

My 3 yr old twin girls love this! They actually get to use my phone to help them experience, understand, and move through their emotions. And it works! They ask me to see the ‘red girl’ when they are frustrated or angry and then go on playing nicely after 3 breaths :)

It works! Very simple video leads my daughter (and me) through a quick breathing exercise and we both feel calm after. I do it without her sometimes now!

I got to share it last week at church in the cry room with my friend’s 15 month old granddaughter. She loved it! 🙏❤️

I was a little skeptical, but I was surprised by the simplicity and also how readily my 5 & almost 3 yr old follow along. I dig it!
